|Other Info||The Trevor Project is a national organization that provides crisis intervention, suicide prevention and advocacy services for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Questioning youth. They offer a wide range of services: a 24-hour line support hotline, "Ask Trevor" an online question and answer forum for LGBTQ youth, political advocacy for anti-bullying policies in schools and various educational programs. The reach of this organization is sizable and it offers a lifeline and a beacon of hope for countless young people.
This organization is near and dear to my heart.
For this very special performance, the band and I will be performing "An Evening of Cole Porter" and will be offering up our unique spin on old favorites such as "Night & Day," "I Get A Kick Out of You," What Is This Thing Called Love?" and many more. We’re asking for a suggested cover of $15.00 at the door with proceeds going to the Trevor Project. Also, anyone donating $50.00 into the "Trevor Jar," will receive a copy of my new CD "As the Fates Decide."
Joining me on the bandstand will be Randy Halberstadt on piano, Clipper Anderson on bass and Steve Korn on drums. We’ll be swingin’ hard & having fun for a great cause.
Please make your reservations and join us on October 1!
