The 2011 Puget Sound Bird Fest is on September 9th – 11th!

Puget Sound Bird Fest is a celebration of birds and nature in Edmonds, Washington, on the beautiful shore of Puget Sound.

The 3-day event includes speakers, guided walks, land and water-based field trips, exhibits and educational activities for children and adults, and a tour of certified backyard wildlife habitats.

Friday evening features keynote address "Changing World, Changing Birds", by Dr. Dennis Paulson, Director Emeritus of the Slater Museum of Natural History at the University of Puget Sound. Dennis is a teacher, researcher, and author of numerous books and articles.
