Kristos Eastlake
$35 to Spend on Food and Drink
$ 15
From the Parthenon to My Big Fat Greek Wedding, Greek culture is nothing if not epic (hello, Homer!). True to tradition, today’s deal is fit for gods and goddesses: Pay $15 for $35 worth of Greek food and drinks at Kristos Eastlake, a sleek family-owned spot that exudes contemporary swank (dark blue walls, black tabletops). But while the setting is cool, the service is warm — and the food delicious! If it were us, we’d share some mezzes (grilled skewers, meatballs), then dig into a Greek pita pizza (covered in olives, spiced ground beef, and feta). Then again, the whole menu has us reaching for a toga — from grilled gyro sandwiches and thick and juicy burgers to Kristos’ authentic house specialties like pastitsio (Greek lasagna) and lemon herb chicken with orzo. Opa!
